Foodie Friday: quick, easy and delicious spring recipes

We have been trying to find some easy recipes that are cheap to create. Trying to find cheap, easy recipes that the kids will eat that are ALSO healthy is almost impossible. Since everyone in our house likes to eat chicken, this one was a winner.

For this recipe, you will need lemon juice, sliced lemons, Italian bread crumbs, chicken tenderloins, and butter. You can make this in air fryer or a skillet. We chose to use an air fryer to cut some calories.

First, melt butter in a bowl and mix it with lemon juice. Then, put Italian bread crumbs in another bowl. You dip the chicken in the lemon juice and butter, and then roll the chicken in the bread crumbs.

You dip the chicken in the lemon juice and butter, and then roll the chicken in the bread crumbs.

Then, set your air fryer to 400 degrees and cook the chicken for 12 minutes, turning it over at 6 minutes.

I like to garnish it with a lemon and serve it with plain spaghetti noodles.

What easy and cheap meals have you made lately?
