My family and I just returned yesterday from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

They were invited to compete in the Dance Machine National Competition at Sevierville Convention Center. We are very proud of their awesome season and we are excited to see what next season holds. These are some of my favorite pictures from the competition.

The girls also spent time at a local indoor water park and also at Dollywood. They had a blast riding various rides, watching a show, and checking out a replica of Dolly’s childhood home.

We stayed at the Inn at Christmas Place, which was a truly magical experience and deserves its own blog post (coming soon).

The hotel is beautifully decorated and it comes with a host of neat amenities, such as two pools and a water slide, free breakfast every morning that is amazing, hot cookies each night, Sant visits every afternoon and a gingerbread house decorating class.

On the way home, we took a little side trip to my alma mater, Western Carolina University. I cannot believe how much that place has grown.

We have been so busy lately but we’ve had so much fun. Check the farm blog for updates over there.
See you soon with some woodworking projects and some travel funzies.
