Labor Day Weekend

Labor Day. The holiday that celebrates the work force. From factory workers, to teachers, to healthcare professionals, this holiday is for us. Some may joke that we celebrate a holiday meant for those who work by not working, and while there is some truth to that, I prefer to think of it as a much deserved day off.

With that being said, I’ll be spending my Labor Day hiking with my family…and not posting on the blog. We will catch up with you all on Wednesday. Have a wonderful and well-deserved day off, dear reader. You have earned it 🙂

I’m Angi. Let’s be friends!

Welcome to Lumber in my Minivan, a blog about adventures, (and sometimes MISadventures), in parenting, DIY, and home life. I’m a Christian, a wife, a mother of two daughters, a teacher, a southerner, an amateur farmer and woodworker, a coffee lover, and an animal lover. Life without music is pointless and outside is my favorite place to be. I’m so glad you stopped by- pour yourself a large cup of coffee, put your feet up, and stay awhile!

I’d love to connect with you!
