Cute and affordable fall decor at Dollar General

Most of us love the fall decor that is currently being sold at most major craft stores. Most of us don’t really love the prices of said fall decor items. I enjoy poking around in discount and dollar stores, and I’m here to tell you that you shouldn’t sleep on the seasonal decor in those stores.

I don’t know if you have been to Dollar General lately, but they have a lot of great fall decor items there. A lot of them are very cute and the most expensive item I found there was $12. Today, I’d like to share some of my favorites with you.

1. Grateful and blessed fall pillow

This pillow is only $10 and it looks like it cost a lot more. There is also an assortment of Halloween related pillows, too. I snapped up one of these.

2. Cloth pumpkins, assorted sizes

The smaller of the two cloth pumpkins is $1, while the larger is only $4. I bought some of these as well. Aren’t they cute?

3. Bag of pumpkin vase fillers

Ignore my shredded thumb- I’ve got a couple of carpentry projects going on and the drill bit got me.

These cute little pumpkin vase fillers are only $1 for an entire bag of them. I bought some to put in a candle lantern.

4. Assorted wood signage

I bought both the “hello fall” and the “fall market” signs to put in some wreaths and door hangers I am making. There are more to choose from than these three. I think the most expensive one I found was $10.

5. Gnomes and scarecrows

Who doesn’t love these cute little gnomes? And this scarecrow would be very cute on your porch.

6. Fall-worthy table linens

I liked this runner because it’s perfect for fall and Christmas. I actually snagged two of them for that very reason.

There are many fall items at Dollar General that I didn’t include in this post. If you haven’t already, you should definitely go check them out.

And happy fall decorating!

I’ve seen all these beautiful things at our DG just recently! It’s hard to resist, but I’m pretty good at NOT buying things! haha! I guess you could call me a minimalist when it comes to home decor. I’ve been trying to purge, so my motto is, “If you buy one thing, you’ve got to get rid of another.” It keeps me in check! Great article, btw! I found you on the Inspire Me Monday link-up. I hope you check out my blog as well!
