Life as a lumber: what we’ve been up to

Lots of really cool things happened last week. The first was that my grandmother turned 80. We, unfortunately, didn’t get to her party, since we had already committed to our children’s first dance competition.

Speaking of, youngest daughter performed her solo for the first time ever and she did amazingly. She looked absolutely adorable, too.

Is that not the cutest thing you’ve ever seen? And I’m very shook by how grown and how professional oldest daughter looks on stage. Slow down, time.

I’ve also been making and selling lots of soap lately! I ship, so if you’re interested, I can hook you up.

We also got three new hens and are getting four more in April. These little ladies are  Crevecoeur hens and they are super cute! They’re also very sweet and friendly.

I hope you all enjoy your weekend! We will see you again on Monday 🙂

I’m Angi. Let’s be friends!

Welcome to Lumber in my Minivan, a blog about adventures, (and sometimes MISadventures), in parenting, DIY, and home life. I’m a Christian, a wife, a mother of two daughters, a teacher, a southerner, an amateur farmer and woodworker, a coffee lover, and an animal lover. Life without music is pointless and outside is my favorite place to be. I’m so glad you stopped by- pour yourself a large cup of coffee, put your feet up, and stay awhile!

I’d love to connect with you!
