Money saving apps

We all like having more money, but sometimes, like it or not, there are things we need to buy. Sometimes I feel despite my best efforts, I just can’t seem to save money. Since we will inevitably need things, we may as well find the best bang for our buck.

I’ve curated a list of five apps that we use to save money by finding deals or earning money back.

1. Krazy Coupon Lady

Krazy Coupon Lady, or KCL, always has the latest information on sales, coupons and great deals. The app always has the scoop on holiday sales, AND they find deals at a variety of stores. I got it for Black Friday three years ago and I’ve continued to use it.

2. Brad’s Deals

Brad’s Deals is a website and email list, very similar to Krazy Coupon Lady. I have gotten several great deals on clothing and shoes for my kids on this site.

3. Ibotta

Ibotta is an app where you can earn cash back for shopping in certain stores for certain products. I like to look at the list each week and see if there is anything I can use or need. I purchase it, scan in my receipt, and when I refunds reach $20, I get an Amazon gift card.

4. Groupon

Most people are familiar with Groupon, but did you know you can find everything from travel deals to beauty deals to family outings? If you haven’t checked out Groupon’s offerings, I’d advise you to check it out.

I’m Angi. Let’s be friends!

Welcome to Lumber in my Minivan, a blog about adventures, (and sometimes MISadventures), in parenting, DIY, and home life. I’m a Christian, a wife, a mother of two daughters, a teacher, a southerner, an amateur farmer and woodworker, a coffee lover, and an animal lover. Life without music is pointless and outside is my favorite place to be. I’m so glad you stopped by- pour yourself a large cup of coffee, put your feet up, and stay awhile!

I’d love to connect with you!
