Life as a Lumber: what we’ve been up to

I haven’t posted this week because life has been a bit crazy. Here is why:

Our oldest daughter E has begun middle school. She is eleven and in grade 6, while our youngest daughter A is six and in first grade. Both had a great first week of school.

We also had a great week of Vacation Bible School at our church and our girls learned so much. We haven’t been home much this week and it’s been a bit chaotic, but it’s been worth it.

This week, I have been enjoying my last week before going back to work and just trying to get as organized as possible…and as prepared as possible.

I have some neat things to show you this week, including back yard things and pantry things. Have a wonderful week!

I’m Angi. Let’s be friends!

Welcome to Lumber in my Minivan, a blog about adventures, (and sometimes MISadventures), in parenting, DIY, and home life. I’m a Christian, a wife, a mother of two daughters, a teacher, a southerner, an amateur farmer and woodworker, a coffee lover, and an animal lover. Life without music is pointless and outside is my favorite place to be. I’m so glad you stopped by- pour yourself a large cup of coffee, put your feet up, and stay awhile!

I’d love to connect with you!
