Make Something Monday: Three Burlap Crafts To Make Before Spring

I love anything burlap. I love burlap almost as much as I love farmhouse signs and quotes. As I was thinking of January post ideas, I thought I’d share some easy, cheap and adorable burlap crafts with you.

1. Framed burlap initial print

All you need are some old picture frames, some 8×10 burlap sheets, a printer and a graphic from The Graphics Fairy or WeddingChics.com (this is where I got mine).

Cute and easy! And it makes a fantastic wedding gift.

2. Clip photo displays

For this one, you just need 8×10 picture frames with no glass, 8×10 burlap sheets, hot glue gun and a small binder clip or clothes pin.

See it on the bottom? I have two of these and they match my initial print.

3. Burlap candle wraps

All you need for this one is burlap ribbon or 8×10 burlap sheets cut into strips, pillar candles, lace and hot glue.

Wrap your burlap around the candle and glue it. Then, do the same way with the lace. I position my candles so you can’t see the lace but I photographed them so you could the seam.

4. Fake grain sack

All you need is a graphic from The Graphics Fairy, some 8×10 burlap sheets, a printer, and a picture frame. You can read more about this one here.

5. Burlap covered books

Get some burlap fabric or burlap 8×10 sheets and cover some old books with it. Such a cute, versatile look!!

I hope you enjoyed this project idea gallery! Happy crafting!
