Christmas Home Tour 2024

I almost didn’t share that picture, due to the pajama-clad little lady watching her tablet, and the backwards-turned stockings on the mantle. When I took a second look, I couldn’t NOT use it. Besides, how cute is she? And what’s a little imperfection? That’s real life, isn’t it?

Our home tour is just a bit different this year- we didn’t put the wreaths on the windows, or the candles in the windows this year. Next year, I want to try some LED candles in the windows.

Since my featured image is the living room, let’s just start there. Our living room features our main tree, decked out in red and gold.

Then, we have our mantle with its red ornament garland and its zinc houses. I love how our mantle turned out.

This church pew, built by our friend Nathan, sits right inside our door.

My grandpa made this mantle for me years ago and my grandmother bought the nativity figures for me. I cherish this nativity and I look forward to displaying it every year.

Our family room holds the smallest full sized tree we have- and it’s my favorite. This little tree holds handmade ornaments from our kids, ornaments from vacations we have taken, and picture ornaments from our family. Nothing on it matches, but I love it!

We kept it simple in our kitchen- just this little serving tray with some Christmas greenery and ornaments.

Our dining room features the “music tree,” or the tree that contains the music note ornaments my mother used when I was growing up. It’s also affectionately known as the “nostalgia tree.”

We also have these pretty Christmas dishes my grandmother gave me. I was so excited to use them this year!

We also have this shelf, which I soon will stain to match our table, with a pretty tiered tray. This is one of my favorite spots in the house- I truly love this tiered tray.

We always hang our cards on this window frame, but this year, we decided to display some of our Christmas cards from previous years. I love seeing these memories every time I walk through here.

In each of our bedrooms, we have these little trees. The girls have four foot white trees with pink and purple ornaments. Mr. Lumber and I have the tabletop green tree in our room.

In our bathrooms, we always decorate these shelves. I love how simple and cute these shelves are.

I hope you have enjoyed our home tour! We hope you have a blessed Christmas.
