I love decorating for Christmas. Each year, I put up tons of Christmas decorations on the inside of the house, but I like to keep it simple on the outside.

We use simple evergreen wreaths with red bows on the outside of the windows and candles on the inside. I have the candles plugged into power strips so I can turn them off with a switch.

Last year, we added these lighted porch trees to the yard. They were small pre-lit trees that I added more lights to. We typically put a wreath on that upstairs window but this year, we did not.

Next year we hope to add garland to the porch and hang our attic window wreath back up.
